He came in with his foster grandparents and immediately identified us as Mama and Baba. He clung to grandpa's leg the first half if the night.
You wouldn't have believed this restaurant. We had a private room. We were joined by four members of the orphanage staff. Our guide ordered us a spectacular feast with food for about 25 people. We ate the local specialty donkey meat (!) and roast Peking duck, which is presented in the most amazing way, among 25 other dishes. But I digress... Back to Brady!
We gave him a present of trucks that move on their own. He wanted nothing to do with us for a while. Very slowly though, he started playing with Brad. Well, actually throwing things at Brad. And pretty soon...a smile!
I think the hostess at the restaurant wanted to kill us because she presented the most elegant meal we've ever had, and we proceeded to crawl on the floor.
We sang happy birthday and blew out his candles. It was incredible.

I have been waiting for this post! I am so glad i did not miss it. He is so handsome. I love the pictures of you guys with him. You will cherish this memory for a long time. Its so great he was apprehensive at first, that means he can attach appropriately. I so can not wait for more pics of you as a family. Happy Mothers Day!!!!
